*Memberships are valid only for the time period purchased (monthly).

*All services are provided by students under licensed instructor supervision as part of barber training.

*Services are subject to barber and station availability. Fade365 operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Calling ahead is strongly encouraged to minimize wait times and confirm chair availability.

*Members must present proof of membership (email confirmation or digital receipt) at the time of service.

*Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between individuals.

*No refunds or prorated credits will be given for unused services within a billing period.

*Lehigh Valley Barber & Beauty Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Fade365 program at any time with notice.
